Phoenix Office

History of the Firm

The firm was founded by Donald Loose as a sole proprietorship in 1982.  The first office was located on North 32nd Street, just south of Bell Road, in Phoenix, Arizona.  From 1990 to 2006, the firm’s main offices were located in Anasazi Plaza, on Tatum Boulevard, just north of Shea Boulevard. 

The firm opened a satellite office in Tucson in 2005, to foster growth and establish a presence in southern Arizona. 

In 2007, the firm moved its Phoenix operations into its own 4,000 s.f. office building on Tatum Boulevard, just across the street from its former location (shown here).      

Kyle Brown became a partner in the firm in 1999, and the name of the firm was changed to Loose Brown & Associates, P.C. (its name today). 

The firm has built its reputation on providing its clients extraordinary service, and achieving for them exceptional results.  With four lawyers and six non-lawyers, Loose Brown & Associates, P.C. proudly serves its clients in the areas of business, litigation and estates.
