We represented the purchaser of two franchised deli-style restaurants in Phoenix and Mesa. Our client successfully completed a national training class in order to obtain the franchises.

In the first few months of operation, our client reported that same store sales were up from the same periods the previous year.

We formed a limited liability company for a group of Phoenix physicians. The professional practice includes physicians from different fields of health care, who now work together in the same company.

We represented the seller of a Scottsdale - based transportation brokerage business. Our client sold his business to one of his long-time employees, who now operates the business under the same name.
